Delivery Policy
We do provide provide following delivery options:
a. Standard Delivery
- There is no charge for our standard 2-5 working day delivery offering to postcodes in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Shetland and Orkney.
- In stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days unless subject to a longer lead time (such as cast-iron or colour painted radiators).
- Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 working days*.
- Orders will be sent using a carrier and delivery service of our choice.
- Depending upon the product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’ as individual parcels or ‘kerbside’ on a pallet.
b. Next Day Delivery
- A fixed fee of £9.99 is charged for a order.
- Orders placed and paid for by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders are delivered the next working day at any time between 7am and 8pm.
- Depending upon product and order size the order may be delivered ‘to door’, as individual parcels, or ‘kerbside,’ on a pallet.
Returns information
We operate a 30-day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
